Sarah is a French-Danish journalist based in New York City. She produces videos and directs documentaries across broadcast and digital platforms.

 

Sarah has been living in the United States since 2020. She works for Business Insider and occasionally collaborates with European outlets.

 

Sarah began her journalism career in Lebanon in 2016, before reporting for the Cape Times in South Africa. In 2018, she turned to documentary filmmaking with Babel Doc in India, then joined Le Parisien as a visual journalist. She later spent two years at the Financial Times’ NYC bureau.​​

In 2023, she received a grant from the European Journalism Centre to report on mental health in Lebanon. She is also a recipient of the FiGRA Coup de pouce Award (2024) and the Aïna Roger Award for First film (2026).

​When she's not covering U.S. stories, Sarah loves reporting on the Arctic and its global significance, from Svalbard to Alaska and Greenland.​
